Back on the right trajectory!!!

My official weight this morning is 109.5kg.

I'm loving my gym sessions although I'm using very very light weights to avoid causing any injury after being away from gym for 8 months.

I've now started having a serving of BCAA's before a gym session.

109.5 kg Lost so far: 19.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
