So. I haven't lost any kilos, but I know I have started weight training so I decided to check my measurements. I lost 6cm arround my waist and 3cm around my thighs in the last month. Not too bad, if I must say so myself. Therefore I have no issue about the lack of weight loss, muscle is heavier than fat. I also am starting to feel my stomach muscles pulling in automatically. That's a great feeling! I have been in pain the last week due to stiff muscles but it was well worth it.
95 kg Lost so far: 20 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
