I have been over weight since high school. I was very active as a child but due to studies and circumstances I slowly started slacking down but never adjusted my eating habits.

I have recently decided that it was time to make a change and started gyming for about 1.5 hours (5 days a week) and have been on a low carb diet.

Its been slow but we are getting there...
