Not doing to badly. 5kgs in 3 weeks. Still battling with the gym thing but going 5 days a week, even if I don't do the full routine. The big thing for me at the moment is to cut down on at least 80% of the starch.
95 kg Lost so far: 20 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
