Limiting my coffee intake is really helping my weightloss.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 31.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Awesome! Well done Kimmy! How many cups of coffee have u usually had in a day? How much milk per cup? Did you use sugar? Sorry for all the questions! You sparked my curiosity :D

I use to have 3 cups of coffee a day with 2 sugars and a little milk. Last week i had no coffee from monday to friday and just drank green tea, only had coffee over the weekend. This week i have been drinking green tea and had about 2 cups of coffee the whole week.
