I have no idea how such a big loss happened. I didn't do anything different besides lifting heavier weights at gym this past week.

But I'm not complaining :)
119.2 kg Lost so far: 28.1 kg.    Still to go: 29.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
