Well, I know this looks bad, but I picked up those 4 kgs over night. I am currently in hospital for acute pendicitis. I weighed just before going to the dr and immediately being sent to hospital. I have been here since Monday morning and will not be leaving before Monday's last set of tests to say if I need surgery or not.
