I was here a few weeks ago. After the holidays, I put on 8.5kgs. Just get back on it. Once you do, you'll feel a whole lot better! Good luck!

10kg gain and u are here to do something about it. That is still better than allowing it to become a 20kg, 25kg, 30kg + gain and not doing anything about it. Choose a weight loss method. Follow it. Stay motivated!

you will soon shed the weight, stay focused, setup a plan and list the things you need to do in order to make the plan work, remember lose weight in the kitchen, get fit in the gym. plan your meals. will be rooting for you!

Thanks all for the awesome support!! I worked-out last night, some Ken-Po (Kickboxing) feeling quite motivated to lose it cause I wanna stick around for my little boy!!

As Yvattas has mentioned - weight loss is in the kitchen. Pay attention to the food you consume. That is where the magic is.
