a small drop but not to bad considering the week i have had. Hopefully next week will be better :-)

Small ??? that's 800grams! Nothing small about that! :D Well done! Next time you are at a grocery store, go to the margerine/butter aisle and look at a 500g brick of margarine or butter, then imagine that brick was actually attached to you and you have lost 1.25 of those bricks :) Yes it's not a proper comparison but it does help in making u feel a sense of accomplishment that will leave u smiling :)
