It hasn't been easy. Trying to cut my carbs to 50g a day is a challenges. Need to find food with low carbs.

Meat, chicken, and fish are the usual low carb foods but if you need some low carb veg then try Brinjal(Eggplant), Lettuce, Cabbage, Broccoli, Cauliflower, etc. Most vegetables that grow above the ground can be low carb.
