I got to the top of mountain of loosing 20kgs and looked around to find no one there to celebrate it with me.

Im still really proud of my achievements but now I understand more in life and the decisions I need to make.

My faith is growing stronger each day and I am so blessed that Jesus reached out his hand to lift me up from the darkness. It's all through his grace and glory that I can achieve this.

Off to Mozambique for a fishing weekend. Will eat lots of prawns, fish and chicken 😂😁 there is quiet a hike to the beach so will burn out the calories there 🤞
90.5 kg Lost so far: 20.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you everyone for the messages of encouragement ❤️ I had the best time in Moz... The prawns were EPIC! To the lady who asked how I did it, it was intermittent fasting, calorie deficit, consistency and clean eating (no processed food like sausage, cold meat etc) Also VERY limited dairy and sugar treat once a week. Dairy and sugar cause ALOT of inflammation in my body so I avoid it

I'm also on intermittent fasting since 5 January, I've lost 8 kg so far. no eating any sugar or acidic drinks only green tea, and water.
