Days like this my body tires me out. Over 18-21 March I relaxed slightly, I had a piece of cake, I had a roll. And boy do I pay for it😂 even 3 weeks later! Up from 92.3, so I went up 5 kgs over the next week and still struggling to come back down.
95.9 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
