I'm so confused right now 😂 Time to up calories by 100 again!
49.4 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You should not.loose anymore weight. I am 1,63 and when I weighed 49kg after my hospital stay I was rake skinny.... are you still trying to loose weight?

I'm not trying to lose weight. I'm trying to find my maintenance calories. Currently reverse dieting. I'm very sedentary most of the day outside of my 4-5 days per week weightlifting. I get like 3k steps max a day because of a hip injury I cant walk much, so it's been difficult finding my maintenance calories.
