I have done very well and lost over 3kg this week. Keep strong and keep up done give up..
101.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congratulations! :) How on earth did you manage that?! Just losing 300g at this point seems like a 'not-gonna-happen'.

Thank you Just eat right and stay away from starches. in afr they say brood maak grood and fruit are Natures sweets ill never forget that. I have weighed in this morning and have lost another 200g I havent recored it yet I would like to check on monday again.
