Felt very sick over the weekend and had no appetite. I am not sure if this weigh in is accurate. But it is nice to be out of the 70's, so I will take it.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
