How can this be? Only over a weekend! I’m so
Fed up. Maybe I should just stay fat and be done with it
103.4 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 24.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.9 kg a Week

sometimes it's not how much you eat. but what you eat or drink. water retention is real and can sometimes be as much as 3 kgs. drink water to flush your system and you should notice a whoosh in a day or a couple days

Don't give up, we all have bad days and weight fluctuation is normal, measure yourself to keep an accurate log, you could be showing up on the scale but have lost cms🤗

I feel you! I do so well during the week and then come weekends I mess it up! Come Monday I gained the few grams I lost the previous week. I try my best to stick to it over weekends but it's difficult! I'm going to buy an apatite suppressant special for weekends 'cause I can't deal! I didn't even bother to weigh this morning 'cause I know for a fact I gained every single gram back (and some).... feel like crying!

I feel you Hannah, super tough to stay strong on the weekends. I try and train a lot on the weekends to give me more room to eat but it is a real struggle.

Lock the scale away until Friday morning. We all weigh more on a Monday. 😊

It's fine🤣🤣🤣 I also gain weight EVERY weekend. I NEVER diet over a weekend. Life is to short not to have chocolate and ice cream🤣🤣🤣 Usually takes me about two days to shed the weekend weight and then I start loosing again.🙈🙈🙈 Just keep at it. You'll be fine.

Weekends is generally like that, just stay focus and don't quit, eventually you'll break that cycle issue by continuing to lose and not gain anything on a weekend.

most is water retention. take this week and loose double. keep it up champion. you are not alone.

1 kg = 7700 calories. 15400 calories is quite a lot to over-eat on just in a weekend. Probably water weight. Carbs and booze would do that

Please consider calorie cycling. For years weekends were my biggest obstayand stumbling block. Now I just eat a little bit less during the week so that I can enjoy more over the weekend, but I make sure that the average for the whole week stays under my RDI

Don’t focus too much on the scale, I know it’s easier said than done but the scale isn’t the be all and all of losing weight. Find other ways to measure your progress like clothes that didn’t fit you or pictures. Keep going, we’re all rooting for you !! 💗💗
