I'm not managing to do 10000 steps a day since planning my move. I only manage 9000. I also have an issue gyming intensively 5 days a week. I can only manage 3. I hope I continue to lose weight cause its not easy 😔
84.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

my trainer likes to remind me that you visit the fridge more times a week than you can visit the gym... weight loss starts in the kitchen... so while you may not feel like your activity levels are what you like, then focus on your eating. also... moving is physical - you're probably getting in more activity than you think you are 😉

I feel your pain. I only got a fitness tracker recently, but my job means I am often busy until very late, so I don't get to go for a daily walk. I'm also recovering from injury so I can't go too far or run to get the steps in before it gets dark
