nearly at 66.0 which would be 20kgs down since 11 Jan 2021. 💪🏻🤍💙 I've got this..almost 🤔🤪 Then down to goal of around the 62kg mark..not far to go..Need to be a TEEEEENY bit stricter with myself with shifting the last 4kgs..they seem to be needing STRICT to budge 🤨
66.9 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week

I would recommend eat one day low calories the nest day high calories. This confuse your system. It works for me. But important keep those carbs low, no higher than 30 a day.

THANKS GUYS!! for all the comments...sorry I'm slow responding, wasn't here over the weekend. Let me try answer some questions ☺ @ MeganOvermeyer - I normally do 1200, then as I lost weight went down to 1110 calories. Currently I've been halving that (kind of) & doing about 550 every 2nd day - as annegriffiths recommends (as I agree with that technique totally Anne) ☺ & @skinnygirl - nope - I did NOT lose my weight on a calorie deficit at all... I have been TRYING (lately) to do that calorie deficit thing - but I'm just not active enough...hahhaha ☺☺ SIES!! I should be ashamed of myself.... besides, I've broken up with DIETING...I cannot diet, so have simply adapted my life, to incorporate wiser, healthier food choices, PLUS a certain amount of pigging out on treats that make my soul happy. This ensures I feel like I am NOT dieting, and therefore it's sustainable. I walk about 6000 steps a day ON AVERAGE - but need to do MUCH MUCH more than that obviously. @ bringingsexyback no, I dont have loose skin flapping around ...lol. I think that only happens to people that are SEVERELY overweight and lose HUGE amounts of weight. 20kgs although it sounds a lot, (and it is), its really not that loose-skin-creating type loss...thank heavens. The before and After pic of me on my profile shows that I was not SUPER MASSIVE - (well not enough to warrant loose skin problems). @shanaazMitchell - I am not the person to guide you on these things....sadly... I am not clued up at all, and just follow my own thing which means I don't strictly monitor carbs/proteins/fats etc.... that would defeat the object for me, which is to feel asif I am NOT dieting... hey seedat1961, I dont know what you mean? Did I eat everything in my diet? I am not following a diet... I do my own thing.... and eat what I want to when I want to, as long as I remember to count calories it keeps it closer to normality for me... Cheers everyone...happy new week... ♥♥♥

Anne, thank you so much for sharing, I'm on a similar path and had started doubting myself, if I'd have success or not with indulging in my cravings, when I want an ice cream I get one, I was dying for a piece of cake yesterday so I made one of those mug ones, seeing that as long as I keep active and stay within my RDI I will have success has given me hope again, thank you
