My hard work is starting to pay off! 😁
116.2 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 46.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks so much for all the support. So here is what I've been doing. I have been eating between 500 - 700 calories under my Maintenance calories ( my Maintenance calories is 2500 calories, so have been eating between 1800 - 2000 calories) daily. I have been drinking between 2,2 - 2,8 litres of water daily. I have been walking for 30 minutes daily for 6 days out of the week. I have been doing an upper arm workout with 1kg weights 3 days a week. And an at home exercise video (on YouTube) for 15 minutes 3 x a week. So after my 1st week of doing this I did gain 2,5kg. But I just kept at it, and this week I saw the results!

I am on day 10.. 1200 Cal per day. Lost 3kgs.. but I have a lot to go.. about 20/25. Good thing is. I have divided it into pre and post Xmas. 10 kgs to Xmas and the othe 10 from 1 Jan onwards to April 2022. Around 2 kgs per month. I use a note pad for food diary. Made pot of veg Minestrone on sunday to have as lunches this week. Life Saver. Keep going everyone.
