2,108 Cals was my weekly average and I aim for 1,950. The week was pretty good but went a bit awol on Friday & Saturday. Completed 3 workout sessions but not enough to cancel out the bad weekend eating. Today is rest day and have a vegetarian dinner planned. I’m also going to give this bread machine I inherited a go and hopefully try and perfect the basic bread first before moving onto healthier variations.
47.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
