ok....this is major loss....but i was sick again last night need to really check and do more carbs.
100.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Somewhere between low carbs and no carb counting you could think about only slow carbs or low GI foods. Or maybe having your normal carbs over breakfast and lunch but not at night. Thinking about sweet potatoes and brown rice and oats and even mostly veg carbs and skipping out things like wraps and pasta ?

imvthinking the same jis im still not feeling good my tummy hurts and im shaky

was hoping to be ok threw this but im not sure im doing 130g of carbs a day i should be ok...not sure whats going on with me today i need to take a rest day aswell..
