under my 1500 calories for yoday im famished i ate some carbs like oats and had 250 calories left so i had a half a slice of raisin bread man was that so good. opted for cauliflower mash with my cottage pie instead of potatoes wasnt that bad today was great feeling allot better . lets see if the numbers think the same lol
