It has been really hard for me to stick to my calories. I've been craving cupcakes and chocolates. I'm glad I did not gain anything. I want to start working out again but I've just been feeling so lazy. I'm going to force myself today because it's when I think about doing it that I feel like I shouldn't, when I actually do it, I enjoy it. I'm just going to try harder this week.😊

Yay. So glad you posted. I remember following your progress so closely because we had almost identical starting weights and we would always have almost the same progress. So I am definitely cheering you on. 🥰🥰🥰 also, maybe try Zumba? I used to hate working out too.. but Zumba has been a fun way for me to get back into the rhythm of getting healthy and staying motivated. Good luck 😚

Hey Thilesha, I follow your progress too! I have tried Zumba in the past and actually lost a lot of weight so thanks for reminding me😁 I'm going to try it out again. I just need a good variety of workouts as I also get bored if I do the same thing for too long.

If you want those cupcakes and chocolates eat them! If you dont indulge once in a while you wont enjoy the process. Cut yourself some slack you're doing great!

Try by starting out by doing ten minute workouts. Those are great and they require minimal effort plus they are really healthy

Omg I feel like I’m reading about myself here I have been feeling and doing the exact same things as you and it’s somewhat comforting to know that there’s someone else out there feeling this kind of way .... stay strong and stay committed We can do this .... we have done it before!
