So I started my weghtloss this year 3rd week of Jan. So far I am exactly 10kgs down, doing Keto and OMAD. Very happy with the progress. Here's to 10 more kgs by end of April!!! Goals
85.3 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Ndlela well done, just dont crash, remember when you start eating normal again that weight might creep back up, learn to manage your calories. Goodluck keep us posted

Thanks all, for me I am enjoying keto as the food is very delicious and filling. But I will closely document my journey as I have a plan to slowly add more complex carbs after April.
