It's so stupid that you can't just make a normal journal entry without "weighing in" on the app, unlike on the PC. I had a lot of discomfort at one stage after 3 hours sleep, but took my meds and then had 6 more hours of sleep after being awake for an hour and a half. So all in all it was the best sleep I have had in 5 nights. I am in 2 minds about going to the Chiro tomorrow or going to a doctor. My problem with the doctor is I don't live anywhere near my "house doctor" anymore, so will have a new one. They give you 15 min of their time and then prescribe medication, which is not what I want. The Chiro takes an hour to analyse things more - but can he pick up anything underlying and more serious? Hmmm... what to do.... especially with no medical aid and currently on only 20% salary due to Covid's impact on our company.
99.6 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
