It has been ridiculously hard for me, I'm not going to lie. Luckily I ate super healthy from 1 November and did a wee bit of exercise (VERY little). But you know what? I have lost 6 kg in 6 days while drinking around 3L of liquid per day. Went for my first 2.5 km walk this morning, and just did 10 mins of stationery cycling... baby steps. I still feel hungry a lot... What's up with that? Hahaha! But I'm pressing on - this is my challenge for me, the ultimate test of self-control and breaking food addiction. I'll go straight into eating 2 meals in 6 hours per day from here (18/6).
I have now lost 11.1 kg and a whopping 43.5 cm since 1 November. Soooo stoked and motivated! 😁
99.2 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I mean the fasting has been ridiculously hard... But the results make up for it. How funny is this... My hubby hates fruit and veggies. All of a sudden he comes home with mangoes, bananas, mixed roast veggies (raw)... Things I crave for so badly. My gran always used to say "The devil is a LIAAAR". 🙄😂
