Didn’t track this weekend because I was visiting a friend for a night, but kept precisely to my 1,900 calorie intake during the week.

We didn’t eat too great. Had Chinese for Dinner on Saturday and the leftovers for lunch the next day. I still got my fruit, plain yoghurt and oats in on Saturday and Sunday morning. Also snacked on half a packet of microwave popcorn, 3 koeksisters, and 4 blocks of chocolate.

Sunday’s dinner was roast chicken, roast potatoes & carrots. I added mayo to the plate.

Overall not the best choices this weekend.

This was the first week back after the holidays so weighed myself daily and got my weekly average. Managed to maintain. Haven’t been as active as I was prior to the holidays but I’m getting there.
48.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
