Had my 2nd day (Monday) of no exercise due to a sore spot under my foot from old running shoes. New shoes are on their way, and I am excited. Fasted from 8pm last night to 11am today, and started my day with a massive protein and fat boost shake with 1 tbsp flaxseed and 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt added (too much salt!). Overall I am feeling good about making good choices. I just need to move more throughout the day, which I sometimes neglect due to sitting at a desk working.
103.8 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
