Been on a fasting break/calorie reduction break since the weekend of my birthday. I feel good to push to the end of the year. next year's goal is to focus on muscle building & getting to the 60s 🏋️💃🏽 I am happy with only a 1kg gain on a 10 day break. should be the shake up my body needed 🍾
74 kg Lost so far: 24 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
