Big jump for a Big Belly. I am 8m & half months pregnant. So I am not too worried.

Was advised to manage my weight. So here I am again 😬 I find tracking my food intake helps me maintain my weight (and lose some).

I will do a 70/ 30 raw and cooked ratio. I am not on a diet. I am just tracking what I eat with more veg & salad. Loads of water and a safe amount of exercise 🌿💪🏼
94 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
