Thanks @Bulletjie. It's the day after the day after. I have really strong physical reactions to wheat and gluten. My weight increase is pretty much always between 1-1.5kg the day after I eat something high in wheat or gluten (not sure which or why exactly but hey ho we are all different). With this knowledge, I know how to counteract the reaction... Drink lots of water, eat lots of greens the day of the bloat, and then things correct themselves within a day or so. It's been a process to get to know how my body handles things like this so that I can maintain a healthy balance and indulge once in a while - so that I can stick it out for the long run. Have a lekker day 🥑🌄
