I made banana "nice cream" tonight and it didnt dissapoint. cube and freeze bananas (3 makes 4 dessert portions) add flavours (peanut butter, coffee, berries etc) & blend. freeze again to firm up and enjoy. added a splash of milk to get blender going.

I also msdr yesterday lol. except I used Banana, sugar free peanut butter, plsin low fat yogurt, liquid Sweetner, choc whey powder and I bit of added cocao. pour into Zip lock bags and freezer. defrost slight ad required. tastes exactly like the peanut nutter bombs from kuaui
