not bad for the first week considering i had 2 binge sessions and only 3 days at the gym. but i'll take it! just have to get this binge thing under control

Find the right foods to binge on 👌🏻 low calorie, satiating foods.. So even if you eat yourself stuffed, it's only like 500cal instead of 3000 💁🏻‍♂️
