Yes halo.
I'm starting again.
They say must never give up. I'm enjoying the salad today evening.
I can tell you I was so sad weekend.
I was feeling so fat please the heat was not making things any better.
Just telling myself why the body is so heavy. YOU need to try again sisi.
And I woke up today & said it's the last time 4 fried chicken. No more.
As of tonight I've started mates .
There is no turning back.
I wish to reach 90KG end Jan ngeke !!!!
98 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
