1kg down in two weeks. It has been rough, but still hanging in there with the support of everyone here. Obviously my mind and body have not been on the same page recently, but I will gladly take the loss. :)
55 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you Nikina70 :) It does feel slow which is what makes it so frustrating, but I am not on a crash diet at all. I want to lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off so I have adjusted my regular diet. It is just I am SOOOO IMPATIENT!! when weight loss miracles do not exist and I don't understand my fixation on what is a number... There is a healthy way to do this and with inspiration and encouragement from people like you, I am doing it.
