Just come back from holiday - food was cooked by someone else and we ate late at night and also way too much Zamalak / Black Label :(

66.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg. Still to go: 0.8 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
