No alcohol for two weeks and this is what happens. 😁
107.7 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week

Tamara I cant believe that alcohol can do this. I saw it in myself also. I love my glass of white wine in the evening and I must say I can allready feel the difference. I will be a self proclaimed weekend drinker...

Oh wow... I've also decided, once and for all, to NOT drink during week days anymore. It's difficult, but that result is very motivational. Keep up the good fight!

I find it tough to drink less myself but I have seen that the less you drink over time the quicker a glass of wine "hits" you when you do have it and the less you "need" after that.😅

I changed to whiskey and soda water, also lost 0.5 kg due to just that fact lol... 🥃

I also gave up wine and have a gin and tonic instead! Schweppes has a super great sugarfree tonic! Tastes just like the normal tonic!

Alcohol is terrible for weight hey! Think that's whats been keeping me up there for the last year or so now...... ex gf loved wine and in October I started doing loads of g&t's...... exercising like mad but nothing - that old saying "you can't out exercise a bad diet" is sooooooooo true!
