Ieksie's Journal, 18 Feb 19

Friday was my gran's funeral, so I didn't get a chance to weigh in, I'm using today's weight for official weigh-in & then I will weigh in again on Friday. My weight is up a bit, but that is understandable, because we never stuck to a plan, also ate a lot of carbs. I did keep to IF at least.
