YESS!!! Back into the swing of things, even though I have an increase in weight!

Class today:

BRO WOD:

A1 - Flat DB Hex press (10 reps with 7.5 kg dumbbells)
A2 - Upright rows w/ a bar bell (10 reps with 18 kg bar)

B1 - Lateral raises (10 reps with 3 kg dumbbells)
B2 - DB overhead raises (10 reps with 5 kg dumbbell)

C1 - 15 Face pulls
C2 - Single leg calf raises (8 reps each leg with at 6 sec tempo downwards)

76.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
