Too tired this morning for CF class. Will go tomorrow & Wednesday & then Friday again. I hate busy weekends, because it always throws me off track! Especially on a Monday morning!

I think its a matter of building a group around you that are aware of what your trying to accomplish... my uncle has banned me from further drinking weekends at his club... only allowed to serve me lemon juice and water or single tequila with lemon juice and water... great substitute for brandy and cola... and only had 67cals... 2 or 3 for the eve is do-able.
