I started a new Diet today. It’s called the 28 Day meal plan. I change my diets/ eating habits constantly to boost my metabolism. Works for me. Every time I switch I lose a few kg. That’s the point right?? Haha Lets hope it works! ❤️
89.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
