question how long after you have worked out do you eat? I exercise in the morning before food.

I eat before I exercise. Have breakfast at 6:30, workout, have snack at 10

I go to gym in the morning @ 5 am, then I have dinner around 7-ish.

What eating plan are you on? I only eat if and when I am hungry, otherwise the fat burning is interrupted. I also don't snack during the day for the same reason. Most days I eat twice a day skipping lunch, but I have managed to increase my fasting window and I am able to do a 24 hour fast (eating only once a day). I try and do this twice a week.

I'm eating a 1400 cal a day but healthy food I am starving after gym but push for about a hour I do 300cal per meal and 150 per snak if I can reach the total that is some days I'm so full from fruits and water I tattoo so when I'm in sessions I forget to eat sometimes up to 4-6hours

honestly I'm a board eater so when I'm board I want to snak I've stopped that at least and drink more water or juices
