Good morning to day 5. Almost a week in and feeling hopeful that I am down from the 90kgs I was the day after Christmas. Weigh in is in three days. I want to exercise but in a way that feels refreshing and safe. I cannot walk around my area, it's too dangerous. Any ideas?

what about body weight exercises. push up sit up jumping jacks and so on. my weigh in is new years morning. i am holding thumbs

skipping makes me so tired and the weight on my knees is not good. I will try the body weight exercises!! Jules only if you dance with me hahahahha

JessicaSmithTV on you tube has many walking workouts where you can start with 15 minutes and work your way up. She has alot of variety. Popsugar also has some fun dance workouts. You Tube is a wonderful resource so just search and you'll find something that works for you.

Zumba or fitnessblender on YouTube are my go to choices for exercise

Exercising with a gym ball works great for indoor. Don't underestimate what a ball can do for you. There are lots of ball exercises on the internet.

you can do some pushups or sit ups in your bedroom or lounge.

Look out for Leslie Sansone for walking videos on YouTube - super fun and great way to start walking/exercise. also check out BEFIT channel on YouTube for tons of exercise videos
