Tracked fairly well this week so I don't know whey the scale has jumped to 60.6kg today. It said 60.1 yesterday and I got really excited, but seems victory is not for me yet. Feel good in my clothes though and considering going shopping for a new pair of jeans. I'm hoping it's just water retention and that it will say something nice again tomorrow. Did two good workouts this week and will do another hour this evening and then some more work in the garden this weekend. Tempted to go crazy and have some wine this evening, but I'll wait until next Friday to either celebrate or drown my sorrows.
