Shark week is approaching & I feel like super crap!!

Cross fit class:

Strength/Skill:

4 x 10 RDL @ 25 kg (w/ a 3" tempo downwards)

Super set with 4 x 6 backward lunges on each leg

METCON 15 (for time):

27 - 21 - 15 - 9

KB Deadlifts
KB Swings
Burpees

I only got to finish the 15 part.
