'tis the season.... I'm not gonna worry too much about my weight in this season, but watch this space next year!!!

Any gain in weight over this festive season will just be temporary. Unlike other people we might know that get all depressed about weight gain after xmas and make new year resolutions to lose weight, we will just laugh off any weight gain.
