Very interesting read Leksie. I read similar articles like this. It just boils down to ensuring that you also focus on your macros. When he says certain foods cause different effects on our hormones he meant eating enough protein and lesser carbs as opposed to higher carbs and lesser protein for the same amount of calories in both instances. I love info like this :)
