Urgh!!! My feet hurt from all the walking!! Pokemon is a hard slave driver. Hehehehe!!!

On the weight front - everything looks GOOD!!! Tomorrow's weigh-in should be a loss!!

It's an app that you download on your smartphone. The app then uses your GPS navigation, and you have to walk around and find the pokemon. It'll appear on your screen when you are close to one. Then you use pokeballs to catch them. The key is to literally walk around, in your neighborhood, in malls, in parks, anywhere actually, & then you will find them!
