Yessssss!!!!

Thanx for the motivation yesterday!!! You guys are the best!

Got my ass back to CF class:

5 x 8 Hand Stand Push-ups (Sitting arm presses, if you can't do HSPU, like me!)
5 x 8 Pendlay Rows (Strict Barbell rows)

WOD: 6 rounds

6 x Dbl KB Squats
12 x C2B Pull-ups (Ring rows, if you can't do pull-ups)
24 x Double unders (2 x singles)

Tonight is a low carb night! Have a fab day guys!!

P.S: Unofficial weight this morning, 77.2 kg
