Urgh!!!! I skipped CF class again today!!!! And if I skip a Monday, then my whole week is screwed up!!!!

Hey Lexi you can do it. You can fix the week. Missing one session and then believing the week is messed up is like having a flat tyre and saying oh well the car is now doomed might has well leave it on side of road. You've got this ... Change your thoughts ... Make this week the best and hey even missing one - still makes the week great with what you put in!!!!!
